Downloading and installing the Solitaire Drop Pack is a simple 3 step process... Step 1 - Download the Solitaire Drop self-extracting executable. The link below will download a copy of DROPZIP.EXE, a program that contains all of the files that are required by Solitaire Drop. DROPZIP.EXE is 809 KB in size, and should take about 4 minutes to download using a 56k modem.
Step 2 - Run the self-extracting executable that you just downloaded in Step 1. The first thing that should appear is a dialog that looks like this: Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to setup the Solitaire Drop Pack on your computer. You will have an opportunity during setup to specify where you'd like to install the programs and their shortcuts. You can just accept the default locations or (if you have a preference) enter your own. When setup is finished, all the windows will go away and you'll be ready to play Solitaire Drop!
Step 3 - Play the games! To play the game, open up your Start menu and look under "Programs" for the entry called "3-in-1 Solitaire Drop Pack". It has its own folder, and inside this folder you should see a list of choices like this: Just click on any icon to play that game. Enjoy!
Uninstalling 3-in-1 Solitaire Drop PackIf you ever decide to uninstall the Solitaire Drop Pack, simply go to your Windows control panel, select "Add / Remove Programs", and click on the entry for Solitaire Drop. After a few short moments, the games will be removed from your computer.
Getting the Zip FileIf you have your own copy of WinZip (and you know how to use it) you can download the Solitaire Drop zip file directly from this site. It contains exactly the same files as the self-extracting executable, but is slightly smaller (851 KB). |
